Processing Time
The time Femmmeow needs to prepare an order for dispatch varies between 3-5 days.
 
Rush Orders
If you need your order before a specific date, feel free to reach out before placing an order - We'll be happy to check ahead of time that your dead line can be met, or offer upgraded shipping for an additional fee, according to your needs.

Shipping Tips
1. Order extra early: save last minute stress by keeping a buffer for possible postal delays.
2. Consider upgraded shipping: track every move and get it quicker (available at checkout)
 
Your order will be processed with care within the guaranteed time frame, then it will ship to you / your loved one. The USPS postal workers are working extremely hard to make sure your package arrives in excellent condition, while coping with COVID  restrictions and staff-shortages. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
 
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Femmmeow is not responsible for delays due to customs.
 
Estimated delivery times
United States: 2-10 business days
Canada/Mexico: 4-13 business days
Europe: 10-30 business days
 
Everywhere else: please allow 30 days from date of dispatch.
 
Due to the ongoing pandemic shipping times to all destinations are varying greatly and Femmmeow cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, especially to overseas destinations where some items are taking up to 6 weeks to arrive. We'll do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

If an item is damaged, We will issue a full refund. Please email a photo of the damage on the item so a claim can be filed with the USPS.
